Any serious Canadian collectors I know consider a PCGS as step down from ICCS ... not a jab at PCGS, just that an MS-65 from ICCS will sell more than PCGS with Canadian coins. I do wish they had a website though...

Yes. That is definitley true. They do generate a higher premium. Although, let's keep in mind you guys all pegged this as an MS65 ish and PCGS gave it a 64. They get a worse rep then they deserve. I have seen the same coin resubmitted to PCGS 3 times with grades ranging from AU 55 to MS 62.
I'm not necessarily standing up for PCGS but their holders seem more logical to me and when the leading online auction site tells you to label a coin as raw before you label it as graded by ICCS, I would rather have coins that more people will find if I end up selling.

I certainly didn't mean to knock PCGS ... they are the top. It's just that for Canadian, I'd prefer ICCS. I have a 1939 25 cent piece ICCS MS-65 ... gorgeous coin, but it probably wouldn't grade higher with PCGS ... although I'm no expert at all when it comes to MS grading.
