Please advise me on this: is it Machine Doubling or something else?
I'm sorry that the picture is not very good, but it is the best I could do.

Also there is light doubling on the "N" and "T".

I'm no expert but it looks to me like die deterioation. It isn't as smooth as what I would expect to see for machine doubling.

However, since you say that the picture is not very good I wonder if the lighting is playing tricks with the way it actually appears.

I'll check back to see what the experts have to say.

I'm thinking it's a form of die deterioration from what I can see in the picture
