Hello. I came across nine brand new 2013-D penny rolls. I wanted to know if there are any known doubled dies for this year and mintmark. I already tried searching coppercoins.com and doubleddie.com and found nothing. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

There are 8 different 2013 DDO's listed on coppercoins.com. All are Phillies so far.

I still check Denver coins. You might just find the first example. That is how I found the first 2002-D DDR on EPU:

I knew the 2004's had the EPU doubled, So I checked all years of the Zincolns for the doubling in that area. It paid off. I think there are about 4-5 examples known by me of this die so far. A lot more out there that are missed.

Yes there is. I found a 2013 d Lincoln cent DDO and it looks to me as if its the first one. I can't post a picture because I don't had a good enough camera right now. Once I can get a picture I will post it. The date And mintmark both have doubled die features.
