I found this coin in a jewelry box that was my grandmothers and Ive searched over the internet to find its value but I am coming up with nothing, It's very hard to even find one like it. It has St Christopher on the other side. Can anyone help wth what year this would be and what its value is in USD?

It's not a coin but a religious medal, sometimes called a traveler's medal. Value is low.

Jewelry depicting Pope Paul VI: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Paul_VI

I can't tell if it is a medal set inside the holder, or if the holder is seamless with the "medal". At any rate, there is a decent chance it is silver. Check around the edge or in the fine design elements for some mark like ".925 Italy".

Value is subjective. If silver, it is at least worth its melt value. If it is base medal, it's worth whatever someone will offer for it. Could be $5 or $100.

Look at the attachment area above PONTIFF. It looks like there is a very small inscription there that might help identify if it is silver.
