Should be getting my bag from the USMint within the next couple of days. Can't wait!
Anyway, I have 2 goals: Errors, and gems for my Dansco. After that, what am I going to do with maybe $70-80 worth of Kennedys?! I don't want to release them back into the wild. I was thinking about putting them up for sale as rolls.
It seems like when people sell rolls, they sell them by all P's or all D's. What do you think about selling rolls as half-and-half (no pun intended)?
I would think it would be attractive (at least to me) if I could buy 1 roll of $5 in P's and $5 in D's. What do you think? And what would be a fair price? I'm not looking to get rich, I just want to at least cover my costs and get them into the hands of collectors, rather than the bank.
Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion. You must first set yourself on fire!
As a regular buyer of halves and dollars, I think splitting them like that would be a great idea. I mean a roll of all the same mint is rather mundane, IMHO.
