i really cant tell you but I think it is an 1888, but in one of the pics it looks like 1886 so, maybe someone else can help you

Tough call on this one, try an acetone dip it might help clean it up a bit to show that last number.

Foriegn: 1863 (from machine)

Here's the dates of a couple of Liberty nickels to crosscheck against:

1885 Liberty Nickel:






1886 Liberty Nickel



The last digit looks (maybe) even more like a 5 than a 6.
