On the reverse, exactly opposite of the obverse rim anomaly, the coin appears to be flat. It looks like something was used to hit the obverse really hard which caused the flattening on the reverse.

I was thinking about this coin last night and the sheer fact that is almost 150 years old. This coin could tell some stories! I imagine she saw a few bar fights in NYC in her day.

possible damaged coin. does not appear to be an error coin. scrap metal, no grade.
