I'd like to say F12 - but I feel better at VG10 because of the reverse wear. And if that is the actual color then it has been cleaned - probably trying to get that greenish crud off.......

VG8 - the coin does appear to have had an older cleaning but I found several slabbed at this grade that look like this. she might grade straight.

I agree, VG-10, with a fairly strong VG-10 obverse.
