Very nice finds Cabo! especially like the 99-S Silver proof. Amazing that it shows circulation but then again, I'm always amazed at how much circulation I see on even clad proofs. Webekin, very nice. Keep up the good finds everyone!

I'm a little behind, last weeks finds, (14) boxes, found a total 14 silvers in one box...5 Walkers, 7 Bens, 1 - '64 90% and 1 40%. The oldest Walker in the box was a 1918 ender! I'm debating if the '63 is a proof, has some toning and reflectivity, edge not square. Leaning toward an old cleaning. The other 12 boxes yielded a '64 90% and a '65 40%. Very happy with these finds!

Very good finds everyone; the first box of halves I did was a skunk, no silver, and only a few NIFC's; the bank teller told me another customer hunts halves and dumps them there also, so I may not have the best luck in the future, but I will keep trying.

Great finds everyone, so happy to see there is alot more silver out there. Once I reach my W Goal I will be back to searching half dollars.

bish, if your bank is charging you to order boxes of coin, then you need to find a different bank. I have 7 bank accounts so I can spread my orders and deposits and not burden any single bank. I believe this is the best approach. That said, like jbuck, I no longer search boxes because finds were dismal: Average of 1 silver coin per box with a total of about 200 boxes searched in 4 different states over a 5-year period (2015-2020).

Hope y'all are doing well! I finished 14 boxes last week...53 total silver, 22 Walkers, 19 Bens, 7 - 1964's, 5 40%, a P & D '87 (for some reason I find a lot of these, I have over a dozen or so), and 4 clad proofs, 2 really nice and 2 that look like they've been through a war. A couple of the Walkers are solid AU and two of the Bens are MS 63/64. Most of the silver - 48 of them - came from 2 boxes. Also found a Obama coin, a gold plated coin, and a Panamanian Balboa. I doubt I'll will EVER have a score like this again in a million years!
