I've had this one for a while, just curious if you guy's here could help me out. You can see in the picture's where I circled some of the engraving. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

It is indeed a dime. It's been flattened akin to a railroad coin.

Welcome to the forum. Looks like a badly damaged dime and barely noticeable at that. It did not leave the mint in this condition. It has been flattened by some means of PMD.
