This one is tricky because it's worn, but I'm going to go for an Edward I Penny Type 9b2, 1299-1301 (S 1408).
The King's name is shown as EDW. The Ns are Roman and unbarred. There are no punctuation marks. The initial cross is a small neat cross pattée. The crown is quite flat with a wide central fleur and spread side-fleurs, but the right-hand fleur seems to be straighter than the left.
