If you had to decide on a grade for this coin what would it be?

First, Nice coin! IMHO, the two knocks on the nose and the high cheekbone and the other surface scratching hold the obverse to MS-64+. The reverse is a beauty and looks MS-65+. I would net it to MS-65.

I say an average MS-64PL. The devices look frosty so a PL would be nice on this coin.

MS64 with a shot at a PL designation possibly.

you'll see most of the 80(CC) coins with decent strikes similar to this one. the coin has a good amount of luster on both sides. some surface abrasions on the obv as well as a couple marks on the nose and cheek. eye appeal is pretty good. I think its a solid MS65. I dont see PL qualities here
