@coin, rather that a doubled die or RPM, it looks to me like you have split plate doubling. One the mintmark, I think that the underlying zinc has started to deteriorate.

Not seeing an RPM here just DDD and possibly severe MD. Maybe a plating bubble under the MM. But with the photos given, I don't see any of the zinc core showing to say it is split plating though.
Yep good point. That could be mostly DDD rather than split plate doubling, although the sunken area around the mm definitely means to me that there was a break in the copper plating.
