Given the pics posted, I'm seeing circulation wear and ding(s)/hit(s) on the mint mark. Others will be along to comment.

There is no chance. OMM's stopped in 1955.

No need. The more info you can provide the better we can help you with your questions. If you check the other sites first, you can get possible attribution numbers that we can look at to see if your coin (S) are a match. And at the same time you are looking up coins on those site you can be learning what to look for.

that poor coin spent lots of time in slot machines, and was impacted by other coins so many times as to distort the lettering
