I recently bought this PCGS certified kit. I needed a 25 cent States coin. If I try to add it to my registry, will PCGS register it ?

Why not just contact them and ask?

You should be able to see what coins are accepted for the registry set you are doing. It might need to be added on. I found a few coins on the NGC Registry which had to be added as they weren't "acceptable coins"

I wrote to PCGS about this question. In the end, this set has already been sent to me by mail and it should come soon. I'll try to add it anyway. And of course I will wait for the support response.

Here is the PCGS answer
"Unfortunately, the set only allows the individual coins only. Not as a set. However, can you please provide me with a picture of the coins in the holder? That way I can send it over to our IT Team and they can provide us with the individual certification #'s of each coin."

I don't have the coin yet, as soon as I receive it, I will send them photos and ask them to provide me with a number for my set.

I recently received this set in the mail and again wrote to PCGS asking them to provide me with numbers for each coin. I just sent them a photo of my set, waiting for a response.

I tried to add a set to my PCGS inventory on the site, but the computer informed me that the coin was found in the registry of another participant, I would have to prove again that I am the real owner of the coins.

I like PCGS. After a while, I was given individual numbers for each of the coins. Now I can add them to my inventory on the site and replenish the set.
