This is actually a Chinese cash coin from the reign of a Yung-chen from 1723-1735, KM#-363! As to value, probably around the 8.00 to 10.00 dollar range, plus or minus some, as this is a better mintmark (Hangchou) than some of the more common mints of that era, and that mintmark is that long line with a dash next to it on your bottom picture.

Unfortunately, the way the oxidation seems to have been painted on with a brush, makes me think this is actually a modern replica, rather than a genuine coin. Sorry.
