1974 P LMC Is This Machine Doubling

Found this in a bank roll on the reverse. This doubling look is perpendicular to the rim. Most I have seen have been parallel. It still looks like shelving but considering the age and circulation wear I'm just not sure. What do you think.

Yes, nice case of Machine Doubling. Consider keeping it as a good example.
