Here's a 2014 P DDO from 50th Anniversary proof set

The eyebrow is very thick and there's doubling in the eye, and elsewhere on the coin but not as dramatic as on the eye which you can see without a loop.

Check the PCGS website on "Coinfacts" to see if it is normal or if it took a hit on the brow? Best to check with other examples there to see what is normal for sure first.
