Looks totally normal to me. There were few DDO's that year.

@ray, I agree that there doesn't appear to be doubling, but I wonder about the space between the rim and the L of LIBERTY. is that just a piece of fluff or a tiny cud/die chip?

Appears to be a normal CENT. No DDO.
