This coin has cylinder like mint marks.

Appears to be damage inflicted by a vending machine or out-of-adjustment coin roll wrapping machine.

While the location can vary depending of when it was damaged. But it could be even counting machines could have created this. If so then the damage will be an incuse mark on the coin. It will follow the parallel line from the edge of the coins. (Never a plus for a coin) Just spenders because they are damaged.
