I'm not sure what to think of this coin. Queen's head is on the wrong side.

to the CCF

See these quite often where someone removes the inner core,
flips it and reinserts it. Easily done. No extra value.

Someone has popped the center core out and placed it backwards, the toonie is a two piece coin a ring and a core when struck by the dies it"s the strike force that locks the core to the ring, so this coin was played around and welcome !

I remember popping one and doing that while visiting CA not long after they came out and then spending it, wondering if anyone would ever notice.

Someone destroyed it by popping the centre out then putting it back. Many don't care about the side. Seen an older toonie with a core that was rotated. Not rare.
