on this 1953 S cent is this a clip or is it just damage the big one on the bottom not the little ones I'm 85 percent sure they are damaged

The multiple hits on the rim are a good clue. But you can also look up "Blakesly Effect," at error-ref.com to find what else will be on every legitimately clipped coin that will make it easier to determine when you find a suspect coin.

Way to tell for sure? Note the edge is distorted. When this happens, it is a post strike issue.
