I agree, note the metal was moved from a hit to the coin. A die chip is often between where the fields/design area breaks off the die, laving a void. The void is filled on the coin and shows a raised area on the coin:
These are common die events and don't have a lot of interest in them (except for newbies) and are not a big thing, just a die event. Usually no premium for these. (They are not like a cud, that is a die ending event and the amount of coins are few after this die event happens)
