I looked at a few other MS66RDs and agree the OP coin could well grade 66RD. Okay, take a look at this 1959-D in PCGS MS66RD. It's in ebay's completed listings I found this reverse image. The obverse fields and luster are very nice. The reverse also has a couple of small ticks on D of UNITED and STATES is a little weak. I don't see this as a 67 but I can't see it as less than 66.
