It looks a lot like the other one I called probable AT. This con and the other one look like they have been doctored by someone that tried to remove some carbon spots then hid that through a AT recolor job. Pretty sure it's the proof, the die seems to match up to known diagnostics, and that rim looks razor sharp. Again I hope I'm wrong, and it's a straight grade.
