Not only are such marks common on circulated Morgans, I know exactly what they are from ... the grab-roller mechanism in the old slot machines in Vegas. These were in use for awhile even after 1964. I messed up by ending the eBay auction for this coin on a Wednesday -- I usually end listings on a Sunday, but I accidentally set it for 10 days instead of seven.
