Looks like an O-107 with heavy clashing above the eagle's neck and left wing, not an error. Probably has a rotated die. If the color is accurate, I'm not sure it would get a straight grade from a TPG.

I can't give any feedback until more accurate photos are provided.

The photo has obviously been altered with and the colors unnatural. Taking a closer look, I am almost sure I see luster on the obverse. And seeing this piece sold for a few bucks over $150, this may be a nice score for the OP. Worst case scenario, it is XF-40 cleaned and artificially retoned with distracting vibrant colors. Any further examination would need more accurate photos with the coin in hand.
The seller was describing this coin as having multiple errors, such as the rotated reverse and clash marks. Those are not errors, they are varieties.

I remember seeing this on eBay. XF Details - artificial toning and probably cleaned based on these pics.

to the CCF! IMHO, being a "details" coin, considering its condition and the price paid, I see no advantage to getting it slabbed.

Can you post full obverse and reverse photos of the coin?

The reverse would keep me from sending it in to be graded. It's very worn in spots.
I would just go with what some of these folks say and stick with that. They're all pretty good at estimating grades (when given good photos for an example). That's the key.

Reverse seems to have been clashed multiple times. To me it looks like it was in a fire. Still an interesting coin.
