Its a 1968 10c with two sets of beads half way around and is double struck in the word REGINA

Do you think it's worth anything?

I see something, but it's hard for me to say anything with certainty. Brighter pics with more contrast between lettering and coin fields might help.

I agree with Kurt, contrast will help. I would also suggest using a scanner at least 600 dpi.

For price, based on the 1968 dollar doubling variety particularly the REGINA and beads like your coin (ref. p519 Charlton Std Cat 60th) your coin could be valued at $2. A certified MS-63 could fetch $20, provided the doubling is apparent without magnification.

But valuation is extremely subjective when it comes to those types of varieties...

Hmmm....I'm less familiar with hub doubling on Canadian coins, but if this were a US coin, I might say deterioration because the second impression looks a bit mushy to me. Then again, I'm hesitant to make a call because I've been fooled before by pics.

Again, I'm sure it's easy to see with the coin in hand, but I only have the pics to go by. I think I see doubling, but I can't draw any conclusions

From the impression I get from both the beads, and the tops of the letters, I would say MD, Machine Doubling. While it is not given a premium in the US, it IS in Canada, according to Charltons, 2005 ed.
