Nice looking coin. But just curious why start the bidding at 0.01 and then have shipping of $4? I know it all needs to be worked into the final price someone is willing to pay, but is there a psychological advantage to doing it this way?

The Duke,

I always ship any coins I auction USPS Priority small box
Which I feel protects the coins better in transit than
bubble padded envelopes. Which I have received some
when I win an auction and have had tears in them
from the postal sorting machinery
which costs $5.20 and I always add Delivery Confirmation.
Which is another added cost.
I set the shipping at $4.00 to help defer some of that costs.

I hope that helps clear up any misconceptions

Terry

Edit: I see what you are talking about, I accidentally left
"First Class" on the Auction Thank you for bringing that to my attention
