Here's my latest. Fresh from the mail box. Just starting to try and attribute it. The coin's a bit darker in the flesh. The full daylight pictures completely altered it's color....but you get the idea. That spot in the headband will wash away with little to no fanfare if its the same stuff the 15 indian heads (that came in the same lot) have on them. It's coming right off, and there's no significant damage under it either....thankfully.

No pictures sorry, but I got in the mail today a 1938-D Buffalo nickel and a roll of full-date Buffalo nickels. The roll was to upgrade coins in my collection, and the 1938-D was a daily special of 1 cent.

I just got this one. But she looks very weird. Any clues as to why she looks like that?

Thanks jokingjoker!
NICE LC Chance!

eesparra, Welcome to the CCF! More than likely PMD, then, the coin circulated smoothing that little piece down with the rest of the coin.

very nice coins folks!~ I picked up these.

I am not sure these will come out. 1 is an 1800 and the other is an 1805 which they were in a better grade but.
