Thanks guys. Sadly, my father passed away the day before St. Patrick's Day. He was always a fan of my toned proofs and toned Standing Liberty quarters. There were 2 toned 1923-s quarters I knew about because of him during the early days of the pandemic and approximately 18 months or so beforehand. This was one of them but both sold before I could act. I'm always getting pulled away and distracted by different series when something catches my eye. Anyhow, last week I pulled out my Standing Liberty quarter Dansco album and I saw that empty 1923-s hole and was prompted to do a quick ebay search and...low and behold one of the two was newly back on the market and I even knew the seller. I called it a sign!

Thank you for the kind words @Marve65 @ Dearborn. He collected as well to a lesser degree, but with a good eye. He told me here and there of things, but not all, he had picked up over the years. So, in the coming weeks, it'll be a surprise for me and my family to see everything. I told him many years ago, as I do, to keep an inventory and update it along with location(s) of everything and just slide it into a security box at a bank to help family members later on in the event of one's passing. Everyone should do something similar for their family members.

Quote: I picked up a toughie for my growing toned Seated Liberty quarters: 1923-s PCGS OGH VF30 Cac'd. It pops a little more in the light. Outstanding! Quote: Sadly, my father passed away the day before St. Patrick's Day.
