I'm not a Canadian coin collector but saw these and thought they were very nice looking. The pulsating effect is rather unusual and pretty cool. With her recent death and low mintage thought I would get one. This one is PCGS 70.

Finally had a chance to pick up this 5 cent variety even though it comes with some unsightly scratches.
