Well, I certainly plan to post pictures of the key dates when I get the set, so fear not!
Now, it's just a matter of waiting. The set is being sent FedEx, and what with no Saturday delivery and the long holiday weekend I'm going to go crazy with anticipation...

That's a good deal for $2700 as long as there's no damaged or corroded coins in it. Pretty cool way to "cheat" and vault yourself to a nearly complete collection quickly! Regardless of the seller, I'd still have the SVDB and 14D certified ASAP just in case. Did they offer any sort of guarantee?
CONGRATS on your NP! Sounds like a load of fun to me. Take some pictures and share it with us.

No cheating here! To start off with a [complete] set and upgrading it is as valid as finding/buying one coin at a time. My situation is such that I have no desire to upgrade my Lincoln Wheat set. My interests lie elsewhere, and it's getting tougher and tougher to pay the bills.
As for slabbing the two keys, 09-S VDB and 14-D, each one of us has to made that decision. Like most of us have that bridge to cross! I chose to slab, just to make selling easier.
Will await further updates.
Brother, can you spare a "BARBER" dime?

Just got a call from FedEx saying the package should be delivered sometime today and that an adult signature is required. I'm working from home today, which is good, but now I'm afraid to go out for lunch or even go to the bathroom for fear of missing the delivery...

And I really know what you mean by going to the bathroom when expecting a delivery. Happened to me. In there, heard the door bell ring, by the time I got to the door, UPS truck pulling away. Little note in the mail box saying will try tomorrow. AAAHHHHHHh..

Aargh...
I stayed in all day today because FedEx said it would be delivered today. It never arrived, though. According to the tracking information, it arrived a couple of states away at 8:00 tonight, so there's no guarantee it will get here tomorrow, either...

Waiting, waiting, waiting ... And yes, do not forget about those semi-keys. They get lost in the glow of the biggies. Nice thing about a complete collection is that it is ... "complete." Upgrading should occur if the circumstance arises, and not because you have a nagging urge to "fill a hole." "Complete" but never "finished", that is my guiding principle.
