I'm sorry, but that looks like Machine Doubling or Die Deterioration to me. Certainly not a double die.

since nobody has said it is not a silver 1960 dime I will say congrats on finding a silver dime in circulation.

Looks like damage ( PMD) (and it is not silver...it is 1969-D)
