The Galata Withers' books are ones I've found online, I'd love to go across the pond to see their home/shop, it sounds like the kind of place I could get lost in for a few days, if they let me.

Great website too! https://www.galata.co.uk/about-us

westcoin, I think Bente and Paul would consider me a pretty solid customer of theirs, as over a number of years they've been an dependable source for some of my better/scarcer 19th-century copper tokens...after all, they wrote the book on them!

They're great folks to do business with, and very accommodating when it comes to all the transoceanic postal folderol we Yanks sometimes have to go through. Visiting them in Wales someday is on my bucket list too...I believe their website offers some protocols for that. (They run their business out of their home, after all.)

I never pay too much for my tokens...but every now and then I may buy one a little too soon.

I'd even say it's rather sexy for a Middlesex token.
