But my ugliest banknote certainly illustrates that it really helps when the banknote already was
ugly when it was made...

This note, unlike the other one, was extremely ugly even when it came out, as the Banknote Museum example
shows; time had done it no favors, however.
Weirdly, just as the previous, this note only cost me less than a dollar... I guess the sellers weren't very sure what to do with it either.
