Definitely MS. I can't say anything more than that with the picture quality.

MS64. With a bit better picture it might grade higher.

i notice that your second image is smaller than your first one. I have also noticed that when I used the image optimizer - provided here, that if you do not exit that screen completely - and do you second image from a refereshed screed - that happens to mee too. try optmizing your second image in a new image optimizer window. that might help.
