Here are a few images of one of the single-coin sets from the US Mint's 1994 World Cup commemorative program; two-coin sets with the silver dollar were also available. For more complete info and lots of additional images of the set's inserts, see my original post from 2012 here 1994 World Cup Set.

Cool! Never seen that one before. Is that coin packaged in a jewel case?

Interesting! I've never seen that style of packaging from the Mint before. Almost looks like a CD case. Very 90s!

The US Mint used CD jewel cases for several 1994 World Cup special packages, In addition to the "City" set (an example of which is shown above), the Mint also issued a "Striker Set" which included a proof example of the half dollar and silver dollar and a "Special Edition '94 Collector's Set" which also featured the two non-gold proof coins.

Shown below are a few images of the "Striker Set," I'll try to dig out my "Collector's Set" and post images over the next several days.

Thanks! It was a gift from nickelsearcher. He used it to complete a bulk submission and to see how low it would grade. I am glad he did.
