New member from Glossop England here, hello everyone :)
I have just gotten into coin collecting recently and know just about enough to recognise a coin I would like to buy without being completely overtaken by the urge to fleece myself in the process.
I have a few Roman coins a few medieval hammered and a reasonable collection of coins from George I to King Charles III silver ounce Britannia.

My name is Dave California. I recently took big interest in going through all my old coins pulled out of storage to go Through them after seeing a post on Facebook so I started diligently with a magnifying glass going through them and I found Several die cracks and other miscellaneous errors And then something very surprising I am looking for info on

Hello and thank you for the help with discovering more about coins. I'm from Canada and just have a few curiosities to explore.

From shepherdsville, ky. I've "lightweight collected" off and on for years, but just actually started getting a little more serious about coins and also minerals.

Originally from DC and WV in the US, I now live in New Zealand. I've been collecting for a long, long time on and off. While I originally focused on US coins when living there, I've expanded my interests to NZ, France, Germany, Britain, India and anywhere else if interesting pieces from somewhere cross my path.

Hello. I'm a new member. I never thought I'd find myself in the coin collecting world but My Aussie husband passed away several years ago and I woke up just recently with "Simon's coin collection" in the middle of the night. I had forgotten about his coin collection we brought back so many years ago after visiting Australia when his mother gave it to him. I never looked at it but I am now lol. Anyway, I'm so happy I found such knowledgeable people.

Quote: Pick one. I split my time pretty evenly between DC and the Good Virginia. I generally avoided driving through Old Virginia to get from one to the other, preferring to drive through Mary's Land. ;-) As for NZ, been nearly two decades in the Deep South.
