Searched two boxes this weekend, and I found two 40% 1966 and 1967 Kennedy 's.

No big scores lately, but did come across 5 40%ers in the last 2 days loose in teller trays: a 66, two 67s, a 68 D and a 69 D. Still out there and now two tellers u see stand why I keep asking for halves every time I show up!

Had a really good day Tuesday. Picked up 18 rolls from a bank had to wait a while to get them. 10 of the rolls were blanks the other 8 had all of these in them. The 1965s around the edge looked very nice and clean AU about 30 of them. I guess this bank will get a few more visits in the future.

Cabowabo: Quite the score! You probably acquired a mixture of customer-wrapped rolls cashed in by two or more customers. Did any of the eight "good" rolls contain only silver half dollars? Also, were any of them in old-fashioned mustard-yellow wrappers (like these)? I get excited when a teller hands me rolls in these wrappers because they typically are from a collection dump. If anyone legitimately acquires someone's coin collection and notices that the coins have different designs -- and that some of them are quite old -- I am astonished they have so little curiosity that they don't try to find out more about them.

EXCELLENT scores! I too am blown away by rolls full of benjis and walkers...and the presumed lack of curiosity about their collector value since the dates and designs are right there to see.

The 8 good rolls were loaded they had between 10-15 silver in each. The rolls were in some older wrappers with a banks name on them. Yes whenever I get rolls with the yellow wrappers I am fairly optomistic that they will have some silver,
