USSID18- How did you do that last page? I like that idea. All those coins are easily obtainable. I wonder if Dansco created a page like that one?

Some nice examples of type sets to be seen here. As such, they make a short concise statement of American coinage history. Press - in coin albums are arguably the nicest way to present a type set, but I think they are a less than perfect environment for higher grade coins MS-60 or better.

Instead of doing a 7070 set, I will just content myself with doing a U.S. denomination set. That way, I can also include the gold coins, but I can also allow myself to include other interesting types of the same denomination as well a few U.S. classic commemorative Halves. No albums as far as I know for this sort of approach.
I can still make an interesting statement about U.S. coinage history, using the coins themselves as the hardware. Have already done the same for Roman coins.

My virtual 7070 --------------- These are arranged differently than a real 7070, but the same coin slots are present. Page 1: Page 2: Page 3: Page 4: Page 5: Page 6:
