It is very difficult to sell banknotes with major problems no matter how you price them. Good luck..

No, it's not THAT rare! It may be scarce and in demand but it is not a "very rare" note at all. At any given time there is usually 75 to 125 in various states of condition on eBay with hundreds more sitting unsold in dealer inventories around the country. They were saved in great numbers due to the theme of the note.
