I got me some Plexiglass to experiment with making custom holders.

I want to engrave and then paint dates etc.... but I am not sure what type of paint to use or if it even matters. I am thinking about out-gassing causing corrosion on the coins and things of that nature.
Have a great day!

I'd use model paint, try your local hobby store.

Since plexiglass is acrylic, an acrylic paint will be compatible.

You will have to experiment with methods of painting to protect the coin from the paint.

Paint on acrylic wouldn't be my first choice. I would find a local sign shop and just have them cut me a set of letters.
