Armed men attempt robbery at Kitchener Coin Shop

KITCHENER — Two armed men attempted to rob the Kitchener Coin Shop on Tuesday.

Waterloo Regional Police said two men, one armed with a gun, entered the King Street East business at about 5 p.m. and hit the male clerk, who received minor injuries.

The suspects fled the scene shortly after. It is not believed that anything was taken, police said.

Me, too. Especially since they had a gun. It could have turned into something horrible.
