I would say they are worth only face value, maybe a few hundred dollars. Lot of circulation type coins so I highly doubt if he frequents this forum. Nothing recent but nothing really old either. Even most of the silver dollars are nickel. Lots of 1969 silver dollars but nothing pre 1967 where you can at least get silver content.
