This $50 star is from an unusually small run of 64K notes. They very rarely come up for sale or auction.
Very nice!

Dear Steve in Tampa, can you tell us how much you paid for the 2013 MF $10 128,000 star note? Thanks for the info. I know you saw my video and you were right with your theory about these being in Europe. I have found 7 in straps as of today. Good luck searching.

Too much.

But in defense of spending in excess of $100 on a modern $10 star, the scans provided, and the great margins on this note convinced me that I may not ever find another example like it. It's in the next batch going to be graded.

Excuse the ? mike but why do you have those stars listed as different amounts?

They look the same to me.

They are both 1935A *-A hawaii stars with the same FR number.

What am I missing.

If someone else can answer this please go ahead.

You're excused.

There were five different print runs on this star note for different serial number ranges. The last (91XXX) is the scarcest at 12K.

Came across this $10 MF 120k 1 run note. Low serial number but circulated. Any idea of value. Thanks

I don't know if this fits your criteria for low print run or not, but it's the lowest Star Note I have.

It is a possible duplicated Serial Number, see my other thread about the match pair project to pair up Notes with identical Serial Numbers.

The lowest run of replacement notes I know of, series 2004A $10 Atlanta star. All of them sold directly to collectors in sheet form and many cut into individual notes. I've heard 9,600 were printed.
