I found this in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. pennies. As you can see, a die crack starts at the corner of the coin. Then there's a piece of the Die Break that hasn't fallen away yet.

I'm just seeing a regular Die Crack - what am I missing?

You are missing that piece with the cracks surrounded by it.
