I'm not sure if you'll consider many of these "dots" rather than circles Edit: I count 8 including the wreath, berries (?) at the top, and the centers of all the flowers. If that one doesn't do well, I think I can get four from this one

bd251, I would say they are dots, not circles in the first coin, so we will use the second coin. So 4 points to you.
Dorado is still in the lead with 10 points.

Morocco, 5 dirhams, 2002. This would be 10 or 12 points, depending on whether the transition from the ring to the core counts. In case interrupted or concentric circles aren't allowed, I'll take 5 for this:

Then I guess this would be 10.

It looks like there is another circle in the stars too, but can't quite tell from the picture. Maybe one in the centre star too. The other rings are interrupted except the inner and outer most ones, so 6 points, maybe 9 if we count the ones in stars. Quote: Then I guess this would be 10. Arkie, the leaves are blocking most of those rings, so I will count the 5 in the top Olympic ring set, but in the bottom one, only the centre ring is complete but it is made up of 2 circles, so 7 points.
