Looks like Strike Doubling to me. A nice entry level collector coin. In extreme examples they add more interest. Here's how to tell the real deal... Notice how the nine on your coin is reduced in size by the die double striking it.
True, it may have taken a hit, but I think I see something at the D also. Proper rotation and holding the camera straight on the coin (90 degrees) would make it easier to know for sure.
