Just wanted to throw an idea out there that I had posted in the giveaway thread. I was thinking of having a giveaway of coins and counter stamped cents for my 250,000th view. If you're interested let me know and I can start planning on my end. https://goccf.com/t/478446

I'd be coming out of the woodwork for the giveaway. I really like the counterstamps with the leaves....even the Matron Head cent.

I like the leaves. Funny when I saw the Maple Leaf one I thought of Canada. hen a thought hit me. It would be funny to see someone make a counterstamp of Queen Elizabeth II or the King and counterstamp US pennies. Sort of an international friendship token like the set the int made years ago of an ASE and a Brit 1 ounce silver coin.

This Moon Landing counterstamp belongs to chafemasterj except that he doesn't know it yet. Picked it up at a coin show yesterday.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Nice Hondo. Apollo 11, July 24th, 1969. What an awesome day in American history.
And thanks btw.
